Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Inqpilot, a cloud-based inquiry, admission, and lead management CRM designed for schools, colleges, universities, coaching institutes, and other educational organizations.

By accessing or using Inqpilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of the platform immediately.

1. Eligibility & Authorization

To use Inqpilot, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

If you are using the platform on behalf of an educational institution or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to act on behalf of that entity and accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Account Registration & Security

Access to certain features requires the creation of an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account. Any unauthorized use of your account should be reported to us immediately.

3. Subscription Plans & Payments

Inqpilot is offered on a subscription basis. Access to features may vary depending on the selected plan.

  • Subscription fees must be paid in advance.
  • Plans may be monthly, quarterly, yearly, or as otherwise offered.
  • Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension.
  • Taxes, if applicable, shall be borne by the customer.
  • Unless expressly stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the platform only for lawful educational and business purposes.

You shall not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to any system or account.
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
  • Interfere with platform performance or security.
  • Use the service for fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities.
  • Copy, resell, or exploit the platform without authorization.

5. Customer Data & Ownership

All inquiry, admission, student, and institutional data entered into the platform remains the property of the respective customer.

Inqpilot acts solely as a technology service provider and does not claim ownership of customer data. We process data only for providing, maintaining, securing, and improving our services.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement reasonable security measures to protect customer information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of service usage.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Inqpilot, including its software, design, branding, content, features, source code, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by Inqpilot and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant users any ownership rights in the platform other than the limited right to access and use the services according to their subscription plan.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted access to the platform. However, service availability may occasionally be affected by:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • System upgrades
  • Network interruptions
  • Third-party service outages
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.

9. Third-Party Services

The platform may integrate with third-party services including payment gateways, messaging providers, analytics tools, and cloud hosting services. Inqpilot is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of such third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inqpilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the subscription fees paid by the customer during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inqpilot, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if:

  • You violate these Terms & Conditions.
  • Required subscription fees remain unpaid.
  • Your activities pose a security or legal risk.
  • Required by law or regulatory authorities.

Upon termination, access to the platform may be restricted or removed in accordance with applicable policies and agreements.

13. Modifications to Services & Terms

We may modify, enhance, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time.

We may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
